As an AZ state rep of LD08 and the Rules committee chairman he refused to let the proxy harvesting bill, HB2012, come to the floor for a vote. In AZ a single chairman can bring unlimited proxies to the GOP state meeting and this is how the RINOs have stayed in power. For example during one meeting a chairman brought 90 proxies. More recently as a state Senator he, along with a couple of others, killed Rep Brett Roberts’ Consumer Protection Bill which would have made vaccine passports illegal. During my 4 yrs as a PC I can attest that he rarely came to our monthly GOP meetings. Finally he was not involved in investigating the fraudulent 2020 AZ election.
