It is pretty obvious that Jim Woodward does not care about the people he represents. He is on record saying he didn’t have any idea how the people were faring during the pandemic, yet he did just fine. (See video)
He consistently votes with the Liberal Democrats. The Idaho Freedom Foundation gives him a current score of 25% and a lifetime score of 49%. Another conservative organization that has scored Woodward’s votes is the American Conservative Union Foundation (ACU). They have given him a lifetime rating of 57 %.
He is rarely available to his constituents, though he travels nearly every weekend on their dime.
